✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Clear photo or video proof is required for verification.

2. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping date, you are eligible to request a full refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect selection of product variant (size, color, etc.)
  • Minor variations in product appearance (may differ slightly from images)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues
  • Items marked as Final Sale

📦 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Supporting photo/video evidence

Once reviewed, our team will respond with the next steps. If a return is required, instructions will be provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Please note that:
    • Payment gateway delays may occur
    • Currency conversion or bank charges are non-refundable
