At Shopors.com, we value your satisfaction and do our best to ensure you receive high-quality, festive products right on time for the spooky season! However, since our products are custom-packed and shipped directly from our partnered suppliers, our return and refund policy is limited.

🎁 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If the item you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you may request a replacement or refund within 5 days of delivery.
    Proof in the form of clear photos/videos must be provided.

  2. Wrong Item Received:
    If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days for a replacement or full refund.

  3. Non-Delivery:
    If your order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping date, you may request a refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Because of the seasonal and themed nature of our products and our dropshipping fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size/color selections.

  • Delays caused by the postal service or customs.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition.”

  • Halloween-themed items purchased after October 20th (non-refundable due to high demand and seasonal use).

📦 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email our support team at vexoracare@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping (if applicable).
    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or delays caused by payment processors.
